Where to find your orders
Your order history is available through the Checkmark AI Assistant. Just ask "Show me my orders" or "What have I purchased?" and the assistant will pull up your full payment history.
What's included
Each order shows:
- Date of purchase
- Items purchased (course, product type, tier)
- Subtotal, taxes, and total amount
- Payment status (paid, pending, refunded)
- Payment plan installment schedule (if applicable)
