How to request a refund

  1. Open the Checkmark AI Assistant (chat icon in the bottom-right corner)
  2. Tell the assistant you'd like to request a refund
  3. The assistant will create a support ticket and our team will review your request

Alternatively, email support@checkmarktutorials.com with your order details and reason for the refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund and course access

When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course content may be removed. Partial refunds may allow you to keep some access depending on the situation.
