  8. 2.8 Checkmark Rewards balance and activity;
  9. 2.9 Payment and transaction history. Note: full credit and debit card numbers are processed by Our payment processor and are not stored on Our servers;
  10. 2.10 Device identifiers and browser fingerprints collected via device verification technology (see Clause 10 below);
  11. 2.11 IP address (automatically collected);
  12. 2.12 Web browser type and version (automatically collected);
  13. 2.13 Operating system (automatically collected);
  14. 2.14 A list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this Website, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
  15. 2.15 Cookie information (see Clause 10 below).

3. Our Use of Data

3.1Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Checkmark Tutorials for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Website. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.

3.2If you delete your Account or request deletion of your Data, We will delete or anonymise your personal Data within 30 calendar days, except where We are required by law to retain certain records (such as payment transaction records for tax and accounting purposes). Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

8.3You have the right to request the deletion of your personal Data. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, We will delete or anonymise your Data in accordance with Clause 3.2. When you interact with AI-powered features, the content of your queries and relevant contextual information may be transmitted to and processed by these third-party AI services.

11.2We do not use your personal Data to train AI models. Data sent to AI services is used solely to generate responses to your queries and is subject to the data processing terms of the applicable AI service provider.

11.3AI interaction logs (your questions and the responses provided) may be retained by Us for quality assurance, service improvement, and to provide you with your interaction history. You may request deletion of your AI interaction history by contacting Us at hello@checkmarktutorials.com.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for university-level students and are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal Data from children under 16. If We become aware that We have inadvertently collected personal Data from a child under 16, We will take steps to delete such Data as soon as reasonably practicable.
