You will have access to the course materials until the end of the semester in which you purchased the course. This allows you to review the content as often as needed throughout the term, helping you stay prepared and confident for your exams.*

Once you’ve enrolled in a course, you can access all your materials and recordings through your course dashboard. Simply log in with your account credentials and navigate to your course — everything is organized by category (Weeklies, Crash Courses, Mock Exams) with progress tracking built in.
You may access your course materials on up to three verified devices: one laptop or desktop computer, one tablet, and one phone. Each device is verified through our platform on first use. This gives you the flexibility to study at your desk, on the couch, or on the go.
No, there’s no limit! You can watch the recorded sessions as many times as you like until the end of the semester. This allows you to review the content at your own pace and ensure you fully understand the material.
You may request a full refund up to five (5) days after your purchase date, as long as you have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise viewed any portion of the course materials. Once any part of the content has been accessed, or once the five-day period has elapsed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

We’ve got you covered! If you don’t pass the course, you may retake any pre-recorded tutoring services you purchased for that course at no additional cost*. This free repeat option is designed to support your learning journey without the worry of extra expenses.

Yes, you can switch to a different course if needed, as long as you haven’t accessed the course materials for the original course and the price of the new course is equivalent or less than the original course. Contact our support team for assistance with the switch.

Yes, we offer payment plans for select plan packages, allowing you to split the cost into manageable installments. Payment plan options are available during the first few weeks of the semester and are displayed directly on the course page at checkout when eligible.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is licensed for use by a single individual only. Our automated systems actively monitor for account sharing, and any account determined to be shared between two or more people will be immediately suspended without refund. We encourage each student to sign up for their own account to ensure uninterrupted access.

If your issue requires further attention, the assistant can create a support ticket on your behalf. You can access it from the Support section of your dashboard.
Each course has its own community boards where you can connect with fellow students, ask questions, and discuss course material. You can create posts, reply to others, upvote helpful content, and follow threads to get notified of new replies. Navigate to the Community section from your dashboard to get started.
You earn Checkmark Rewards when you make purchases on the platform. Rewards points accumulate in your profile and can be redeemed toward discounts on future purchases.
