If your payment didn't go through, don't worry — here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common reasons
- Insufficient funds — check your bank balance
- Card declined — your bank may be blocking the transaction; call them to authorize it
- Incorrect card details — double-check your card number, expiry, and CVC
- International transaction block — some banks block cross-border transactions by default
Payment plan installment failed
If an automatic installment payment fails, we'll retry after 48 hours. Make sure your card is funded before the retry. After 3 failed attempts, you'll need to pay manually — contact support for help.
If your bank keeps declining, try a different card or contact your bank to whitelist payments to "Checkmark Tutorials" via Stripe.
