What to Do If You're Blocked

Steps to take when you see the device blocked screen.

If you see a "device blocked" screen, it means all your device slots for that device type are already in use.

Why this happens

  • You're on a different device than your registered one
  • You recently got a new device and haven't swapped yet
  • A significant browser change may have changed your device fingerprint

What to do

  1. Check if you have any swaps remaining in My Devices
  2. If you do, remove the old device and log in again on the new one
  3. If you're out of swaps, contact support for an extra swap
